E-Science Fair Projects
E-Science Fair Rules
  1. The science fair project (research, experiment, etc.) should be carried out following all the rules of the Greater St. Louis Science Fair.

  2. Two files must be turned in with each E-Fair project.
    1. Power Point or pdf file with project presentation
    2. Microsoft Word or pdf file with logbook

  3. The presentation file may be no more than 20 slides/pages. It should contain everything that would have normally been on a board. Pictures, text, scanned drawings are all acceptable. Please follow the same rules as projects that are placed on a board.

  4. Your project should be registered with the Greater St. Louis science fair the same as traditional projects....EXCEPT....when you register online you will select “ELECTRONIC PROJECT”. This step all takes place after your school fair until April 18, 2009.

  5. E-Projects should be sent to the Greater St. Louis Science Fair by following these procedures:
    1. Save your presentation file as your sequence number with the letter “P” in front of it.
    2. Save your logbook file as your sequence number with the letter “L” in front of it.
    3. E-Fair files are due on or before April 21, 2009.
    4. Upload both files onto the Greater St. Louis Science Fair Website using your sequence number.

  6. Check the website for your ribbon placement and special awards! An electronic certificate with your placement (i.e. Blue/red/green/white) will be sent to your e-mail address!.
