Registration Deadlines

January 27, 2024, Noon, School | Teacher REGISTRATION DEADLINE (Deadline extension thru Mon, Feb 5, 2024)
Teachers will need to register their school before students can register.

January 31, 2024, Noon, Student REGISTRATION DEADLINE (Deadline extension thru Mon, Feb 5, 2024)
Students will need to complete Primary and Secondary Online Registrations. Secondary Registration includes Academy Honors Division Entry Application and ISEF required forms upload.

Project Upload Deadline

February 9, 2024, Noon, STUDENT PROJECT UPLOAD
Students need to upload their project presentation, quad chart and logbook by the upload deadline.

Virtual Project Judging Round One

February 10-16, 2024, HONORS JUDGING ROUND 1
The first round of judging takes place virtually between February 10 - 16. The top 8-10 student finalists are selected to move on to the in-person competition February 24.

In-Person Finalists Fair Day and Poster Presentations

February 24, 2024, ACADEMY OF SCIENCE HONORS FINALISTS FAIR DAY
The 2024 Honors Division Finalists Round will be held in-person on Saturday, February 24, at Webster University in the ISB Auditorium and Room 140.

Regeneron ISEF

May 11 - 17, 2024, Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair 2024 - Los Angeles, CA

The top 2 highest scoring Honors Division students are selected to represent the St. Louis City/County Region at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) which will be held this year in Los Angeles, California. Special thanks to our generous sponsors who have made this opportunity possible!

Regeneron ISEF 2024 will be a fully in-person event held in Los Angeles, CA, at the Los Angeles Convention Center from May 11-17, 2024. All attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend Regeneron ISEF 2024. Vaccines must be FDA or US Department of State approved, and the last dose in the series must have been received no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of Regeneron ISEF.
