TEACHERS NEED TO REVIEW THE RESEARCH PLAN FOR EACH STUDENT AND SEND THEM AN E-MAIL APPROVAL.

SAFETY FORM:  ALL projects need a signed safety form - worth 10 points!  Click here for 2023 Safety form! SCAN AND UPLOAD SIGNED SAFETY FORM WHEN YOU UPLOAD YOUR OTHER PROJECT FILES

REGISTER YOUR SCHOOL

Each school that will upload projects to The Academy of Science -  St. Louis Science Fair must register their school.  One teacher should represent your school and complete the online registration.

If you are the Science Coordinator of your school district and you need to register multiple schools and do not want to register each school individually, you may register one school and then email Jessica Winkler at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  with:

  1. Your requested number of spaces for the district
  2. Any school changes in the past year

Registering this way will save you some time and assign the same student registration password to each school in your district, but is not required.

SCHOOL COORDINATOR DASHBOARD

Once you have successfully registered your school, you are able to sign in at any time and view your school information on the web, and edit if need be.  Click here to log in to your school coordinator dashboard to see your info.
